The North American Development Bank (NADB), an international organization located in San Antonio, Texas, is issuing a request for a Consultant Engineer for the Technical Services Department.

Qualifications:  

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering field, with at least 1 year of related technical professional experience.

• Engineering experience relating to project development and construction involving water, wastewater and/or solid waste infrastructure is preferred.

• Proficient in written and oral Spanish and English.

• Ability to perform the full range of technical tasks in project development and implementation.

• Analyze and resolve difficult problems with an appreciation of how the solution impacts Bank/regional/state/country strategies.

• Efficient management of time and resources.

• Fiscal responsibility.

Position Reports to:                    Director of Technical Services

Compensation:                           $30/Hr.

Term of Contract:                        12 months, with possibility of extension.
