From the Airport: Take U.S. 281 (IH 37) SOUTH to downtown. Exit Commerce St., following traffic WEST (one-way street). Continue WEST on Commerce St. for five blocks until St. Mary's Street (also a one-way street). Turn LEFT (SOUTH) onto St. Mary’s. Proceed one block to Market St. The International Center is located on the southwest corner of Market and St. Mary’s (across the street on the right). For parking, turn left on Market St. The parking garage is located half-way down the block on the left, across from the Westin Hotel. From IH 35N (From Austin): Proceed SOUTH on IH 35 until the U.S. 281 (a.k.a. IH 37/McAllister Freeway) intersection. Take the 281 South exit. Proceed on 281 south, exiting onto Commerce Street. Follow the directions for Commerce Street from the Airport Instructions above.
From IH 10 W (From El Paso): As an alternative, continue EAST on IH 10 into downtown. Use the lower level lanes to the IH 35/IH 10 exchange. Take the IH 35 North Ramp (left two lanes). Proceed on IH 35 NORTH until McCullough St. Exit at McCullough and turn RIGHT (SOUTH) towards downtown. Travel five blocks until St. Mary’s St. Turn RIGHT (SOUTH) onto St. Mary’s Street. Proceed 12 blocks SOUTH until Market Street. Continue EAST on IH 10 into downtown. Use the upper level lanes to the IH 35/IH 10 exchange. Continue SOUTH on IH35, exiting on Durango Street. Go under the highway overpass and continue EAST on Durango St. At the first light turn LEFT (NORTH) onto Santa Rosa St. Continue two blocks on Santa Rosa St to Dolorosa St. (a.k.a. Market St.). Turn RIGHT on Dolorosa St. (one way street). Travel five blocks until St. Mary’s St. The International Center is located on the southwest corner of Market and St. Mary’s (on the right). For parking, continue EAST on Market St. The parking garage is located halfway down the block on the left, across from the Westin Hotel. Get Directions

The North American Development Bank is located in downtown San Antonio, on the third floor of the International Center. The International Center is a three-story brick building located on the southwest corner of Market and St. Mary’s, across the street from the Homewood Suites hotel. Parking is available at the parking garage and lot across from the Westin Hotel on Market St.
From IH 35S (From Laredo): Proceed NORTH on IH 35 until the U.S. Hwy 90 (a.k.a. IH 10/IH 35) intersection. Take the Hwy 90 exit ramp EAST (this will be after the Theo/Malone exit). Continue on Hwy 90 EAST until IH 37 (a.k.a. IH 35). Exit onto IH 37 NORTH. Proceed to Commerce Street. Exit Commerce St. and turn LEFT (go under the highway) onto Commerce St (one-way). Follow the directions for Commerce Street from the Airport Instructions above.
